An integral part of ArchivesOne's philosophy of customer happiness is quality control. We are committed to actively managing our services through quality control. In fact our entire operational approach is centered on completing each task in an error free environment.
Our industry-leading Core Operating Procedures are the basis for our success. We have taken the best ideas from each of our operating centers and developed systematic procedures for every aspect of our business. Our goal is to have the best customer service possible utilizing great ideas from all over our company and implementing time tested systems and procedures. A continuous improvement initiative of this program is in place, and we publish updates to the Core Operating Procedures manual on a regular basis. We believe that there is no substitute to doing things right the first time.
ArchivesOne is proactively managing our quality. To the best of our knowledge, ArchivesOne has the most extensive and comprehensive quality control program in our industry.
