Charlie Saponaro
Vice President of Corporate Development
Charlie manages strategic business development activities at ArchivesOne. Key focus areas include merger and acquisitions as well as strategic partnerships. Prior to joining the team, Charlie was a vice president with Brook Venture Partners, a Boston-based, venture capital firm. In addition to Brook, Charlie has worked with other private equity firms such as Saturn Capital and Boston Capital. He brings extensive finance, business development and relationship-building skills to the ArchivesOne team. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.

Pam Malec
Vice President of Team Development
Pam manages the human resource / team development function including compliance and benefits administration at ArchivesOne. Prior to joining ArchivesOne, Pam worked for five and a half years as a financial and marketing analyst at Executone, a telecommunications hardware manufacturer. Pam is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a degree in accounting.

Michael Fagan
Vice President of Information Technology
Michael is responsible for day-to-day key systems and help-desk customer support throughout ArchivesOne. He also brings specific attention to integration efforts relative to mergers and acquisition activity. Michael's team also maintains continued focus on the long-term strategic use of technology to bring the very best service to the ArchivesOne customer base.
Prior to joining ArchivesOne, Michael was IT Director for a CT-based pharmacy operation. During Michael's 10 years with Familymeds/ DrugMax, the regionally based chain grew from a private concern with 25M annual sales to a publicly traded national company with 250M+ annual sales. Michael brings extensive experience with large-scale integration and data conversion projects as well as a solid background with day-to-day support and service delivery over a large geographical footprint.

Michael Ecke
Controller
Michael Ecke joined ArchivesOne, Inc. in 2004 as Controller. Michael is a CPA and earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut. He joined ArchivesOne, Inc. from American Express where he was an Audit Supervisor. He presently serves as Vice Chairman of the Cheshire Town Council and is Chairman of its Budget Committee. Michael's primary responsibilities include the daily accounting and contract activities at ArchivesOne, Inc.

John Bilotti
Senior Manager of Real Estate
John provides support to all of ArchivesOne customer centers for their real estate and safety needs. He also assists in special operational and integration projects for ArchivesOne. John spent five years as a senior manager of operations in our New Jersey customer center. He brings over fifteen years of management expertise to our company and is a graduate of Rutgers University. He also earned the OSHA Standards Certification for Industry Occupational Safety and Health. John spends his weekends as a disc jockey and was the owner of an entertainment company for over 19 years.

Matthew Greenstein
Vice President of Customer Development
Matt is responsible for securing and developing customer relationships in all of ArchivesOne's markets. He is a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, with a B.S. in Marketing and Management and is currently working towards an MBA at the University of Connecticut. Matt brings excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills to the ArchivesOne team.
