Frank Pallor

Customer Center Leader

Frank is responsible for directing and managing the Albany records center's daily operations. He is committed to providing the highest level of service to all his customers. Frank also specializes in employee training and quality control. He brings with him over eighteen years of management expertise in the restaurant industry.

David J. Narwid

Director of Sales & Marketing

David has more than 10 years of success in management and sales experience. His responsibilities include the development of new business, as well as maintaining the satisfaction of present accounts for ArchivesOne.

A graduate of New Hampshire College with a BS in Marketing, David also attended Landsdowns College in London England, majoring in Liberal Arts. He has been continually recognized in his previous positions for his outstanding presentations, communication and organizational skills. His key accomplishments throughout his career include "Top Sales Executive in his District", recipient of "Sales Representative of the Year 1995" and "Number One Sales Representative of the Year 1997. David has also been credited with increasing sales substantially in all his previous positions.
