Jeremy Wells

Customer Center Leader

Jeremy is responsible for directing and managing daily operations at the Allentown Customer Center. He has more than 15 years of experience in warehousing, packaging and records management, including operations and sales. He is committed to providing the highest level of service to all his customers. Jeremy is a graduate of Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Matt Fay

Director of Sales & Marketing

Matt has been helping clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners, deal with archiving records since 1993.  He has a variety of experience with different kinds of records and management challenges, from accounting files to medical records, from active records management to dead storage. His experience ranges from paper records to microfilm, from X-rays to computer back-ups. Matt has been an active witness to the changing records environment and capitalizing on emerging technology. He has a proven track record of finding practical yet modern solutions to record storage requirements. Matt earned a B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University.
