Debra Smith

Customer Center Leader – Southeast Florida

Debra has almost 25 years experience in warehousing and delivery services, including operations and management positions with UPS, Airborne and Fedex. Her experience at these companies included hub operations, customer service and human resources at locations in New Mexico, Texas and Florida. Debra earned a B.A. in Business, with an emphasis in law and human resources, from the University of New Mexico-Albuquerque. Her son, Corey, is on the top tennis team at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and Debra enjoys not only tennis, but also skiing and snowboarding.

Jack Carney

Director of Sales

Jack Carney, aka "Phone Jack", has over 25 years of sales experience. Before joining the ArchivesOne team Jack worked in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years, and before that he worked as a stockbroker. Jack is currently responsible for sales activities for ArchivesOne in the South Florida marketplace, including lead generation, maintaining positive business relations and new business growth. Jack is known for his different approach, hard work, will-get-it-done attitude, many phone calls and, of course, his practical jokes. Jack lives in sunny South Florida with his wife and their three children.

George L. Purnell

Director of Sales

George Purnell has had extensive experience in the commercial records management industry for the last 18 years and has been with ArchivesOne since 1997. He has spent time in every facet of the industry ranging from general management, sales, marketing, advertising, purchasing, human resources, acquisition integration to financial and budgeting functions. He has held a variety of positions from managing a two million carton storage facility with 25 employees and 12 vehicles to creating a "start-up" operation from scratch.

George is responsible for sales activities at ArchivesOne in the South Florida marketplace. This includes the pursuit of new account development, the creation of long-term partnerships, growing the business and spreading the good word about the true practicality of the records management industry.

He has been an active member of ARMA (Association of Records Managers & Administrators) for the last 18 years and has participated in PRISM (Professional Records & Information Service Management), our professional industry association.

George graduated from the University of Denver with a major in Mass Communications.
