K.C. Jackson

Customer Center Leader

KC leads the ArchivesOne Customer Center in Houston, Texas.  With over 17 years’ experience in records management and 10 years of business management experience, KC specializes in team building while emphasizing customer relations.  His creativeness and pursuit of perfection gives an edge to ArchivesOne’s exceptional service and helps to secure customer relationships.

KC is a graduate of Texas Tech where he majored in Business Administration.  He expects to complete his CRM designation next year.  Active in the community, KC is on the board of directors of four non-profit charitable organizations in the Houston area.

Jack Carney

Director of Sales

Jack Carney, aka "Phone Jack", has over 25 years of sales experience. Before joining the ArchivesOne team Jack worked in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years, and before that he worked as a stockbroker. Jack is currently responsible for sales activities for ArchivesOne in the Houston marketplace, including lead generation, maintaining positive business relations and new business growth. Jack is known for his different approach, hard work, will-get-it-done attitude, many phone calls and, of course, his practical jokes.

Bob Greenwood

Director of Sales

Bob Greenwood has over 8 years of sales experience and 4 years of managerial experience. Before joining the ArchivesOne team Bob worked in the financial industry as a fixed income specialist. After leaving the financial industry, Bob started a nationwide trucking company from the ground up. As Director of Sales, Bob follows the "Jack Carney School" of pounding the phones to turn up business in the Houston marketplace. Bob holds a B.A. in business administration with a concentration in finance from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
