Tim Jenkins

Customer Center Leader

Tim came to ArchivesOne with an acquisition in June of 2004. He brought eight years of record management experience from Security Archives of West Michigan. He started as a part time employee and worked his way up to Customer Center Leader. Tim has experience in operations as well as sales and marketing. He is a hands-on-manager who works from a total honesty philosophy in all relationships, including with his customers and employees. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations, personnel administration as well as hiring, training, vehicle maintenance and new customer transition.

Jack Carney

Director of Sales

Jack Carney, aka "Phone Jack", has over 25 years of sales experience. Before joining the ArchivesOne team Jack worked in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years, and before that he worked as a stockbroker. Jack is currently responsible for sales activities for ArchivesOne in the Michigan marketplace, including lead generation, maintaining positive business relations and new business growth. Jack is known for his different approach, hard work, will-get-it-done attitude, many phone calls and, of course, his practical jokes.
