Chris Kurucz

Vice President of Operations - Metro DC/MD

As Vice President of Operations Chris is responsible for managing and leading the ArchivesOne Customer Centers in the Metro DC area on daily basis: Landover, MD and Springfield, VA, as well as the ArchivesOne Customer Center in Hanover, MD (Baltimore). She leads the teams in servicing our customers, continues to grow our markets and builds operational efficiencies between the centers. Specific responsibilities include: financial issues, invoicing, employee direction and leadership, new account transitions, managing all records inventory, and handling all business issues to ensure the absolute best ArchivesOne customer experience.

Chris earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, VA. She brings 10 years managerial experience in the transportation services industry with focus in the areas of customer relations, human resources, business procedures, finance, and strategy planning and development.

Cynthia DeRisi

Director of Sales & Marketing

Cynthia is a native of New Jersey with extensive experience with business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales. A long-time resident of New York City, Cynthia owned several successful companies, giving her the opportunity to interact with people - her success lies in her ability to effectively communicate with clients. In her 7+ years of working in the records management industry, Cynthia has developed strong business relationships with her clients. She is responsible for the sales and marketing activities in the Virginia marketplace at ArchivesOne.

Tim Brown

Director of Sales & Marketing

Tim has an extensive background in solution selling for the hospitality, technology and records management industries over the last ten years.  His specialty is problem-solving through technology implementation and strategic planning.  In the 3 years he has spent in the records management industry, he has quickly built a reputation of being able to improve consistently the budgets, management processes and quality of life for virtually all of his customers.

Tim grew up in Alexandria, VA and received his Bachelor degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk. He truly is a Northern Virginia native with an intimate knowledge of the nuances and challenges of doing business in and around the Capital Beltway.
