ArchivesOne, Inc. Acquires Reagent Information Storage of Exton, PA.
Acquisition is Third in PA.
WATERBURY, CT and EXTON, PA / SEPTEMBER 12, 2005 - ArchivesOne, Inc., the third largest records management and storage company in the U.S., announced today the purchase of Reagent Information Storage (RIS) of Exton, Pennsylvania, in the greater Philadelphia area. The deal marks the fifth acquisition in 2005 for ArchivesOne, and immediately follows the company's acquisition last week of Secure Data Storage of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since its inception in 1991 ArchivesOne, headquartered in Waterbury, Connecticut, has acquired 25 companies in the records storage and management industry in the U.S.
The RIS purchase marks ArchivesOne's third acquisition in Pennsylvania and will add 600 records management and document destruction customers in Center City and suburban Philadelphia areas. ArchivesOne provides document storage, retrieval and delivery, as well as secure document destruction, magnetic media storage services.

John Calderoni of RIS, will oversee the Exton operation as Customer Center Leader for ArchivesOne.
