Under the CHM program, your records are stored and managed in either an existing Iron Mountain Records Center, or in a purpose-built and/or customer-dedicated facility - depending on your needs and preferences.

Our facilities are highly secure and engineered to provide the best possible protection from fire, earthquake, and other natural and man-made disasters. Our buildings are equipped with advanced fire detection and suppression systems. Even shelving systems are integrated into the design of our buildings to create virtually fail-proof structures.

Our employees undergo rigorous screening and background checks and must meet job-specific requirements. They will protect your information as if it were their own.
